CALL FOR PAPERS –
SNW EUROPE 2009
On behalf of SNIA Europe we are pleased to open our 'call for papers' for SNW Europe 2009 that takes place this year on the 27th and 28th October at Congress Frankfurt.

SNW Europe is an independent conference and associated exhibition where IT end-users, resellers and consultants can learn about networked storage technologies, enterprise infrastructure trends, regulatory compliance developments, data lifecycle management, and systems management platforms.

For 2009 as SNIA extends its influence and activities to encompass more than just storage-related issues, we are introducing two new co-located events - Datacenter Technologies and Virtualization World - each with their own conference tracks and associated exhibition areas.  Presenters are therefore given the option to submit papers for any of these three events.

Well over 100 conference sessions will take place across the three programs and we are particularly interested in receiving educational and informative submissions on a variety of solutions and technology areas such as:

  • Application Layer / Information Management Automation Tools and Appliances
  • Business Continuity
  • Cloud Computing and Storage
  • Storage-as-a-Service
  • Virtualized Environments & Storage / Server Virtualization
  • Architecting Deduplication and Virtualization for Data Protection
  • Solid State Storage
  • Data Protection, Archiving, Backup & Recovery
  • Common Data Center Fabric Trends (I/O Consolidation, Unified Fabric, FCoE)
  • Data security, Data Encryption in-flight and at-rest
  • Document Management
  • Energy Efficient/Green Storage & IT
  • Enterprise Content Management
  • High Performance Computing
  • In-sourcing after out-sourcing
  • Managed Service Providers
